I dont know about you guys but i started rs back in 06. It was honestly the best shit ever i loved it to death. Jagex is actually giving an opportunity for us to have it back all you have to do is be a member of RS, and vote here : http://services.runescape.com/m=poll/rs2007-server


try to bring back old rs please!

Do we have to restart from scratch or do we keep our stats? Would be sick to stay maxed.

Everyone will be restarting, making it a level playing field. No rares as well which will be interesting. I wonder how the economy will start off.
 
The economy is the hard part, there won't be anyone to buy your cowhides. I guess we can build it up anyway tho.

are you sure? do you maybe have a link to provide us? cause im pretty interested to hear exactly what they are going to do.
 
I loved the old school runescape. Now it looks like WoW. I liked it before they made that stupid trade limit thing. Where you had to even out your trade.

they took that out lol. really you think it looks like wow? i play wow and it looks nothing like it. But Jagex is copying alot of the mechanics from wow. imo

Well that's what I meant. Like the old graphics were good. They added all of this extra stuff that just made me un interested in playing it.

Jon they are only resetting the 07 rs and keeping the EoC rs still same stats they just wanna let everyone get a fresh restart at 07 and raise and economy. It's gonna be fun...
 
I remember playing this game back in the day around 06 and 07 the good ol' days the games went to shit since then. Although I don't play anymore I'd be glad if they did this.
 
I don't know much about about runescape BUT if the old runscape comes back and they reset everybody's level, will that mean that they will reset peoples runescape names to?
 
They have already made it.
I played the beta version. (Its Flawless)
The servers are up and running.
It will be implemented.

There was a website there a while back called "2006scape.com"
Runescape or Jagex bought them out after coding it for 4 years.
Jagex paid Millions to steal the idea so they could make more money.
Hence why the polls are now up.
 
I remember 2006scape did they really buy it out and steal the idea the money hungry ass f*cks
