Dude that looks way better then one that is unrecognizable.
If you never mentioned Astari I doubt anyone here would even know what the banner originally was for.
You should definitely distort the areas around but I think the logo shouldn't be glitched out so much. It should be minor glitches on some parts.
Also the text should be a bit more clear too!
