Usually the seller gives you the account with the name on and you upgrade it then transfer the name after you've changed it twice. I've forgotten what the exact procedure is.

Yeah, probably, because it takes 26 days until you can change a name again. I haven't done it in ages.
 
You can bump only once every 24 hours, but nice names there!
 
I'm not bumping, I am responding. In which I am currently doing now.
 
The names are decent,but not something I was hoping for,favourited thread,will check up on new names.
 
You accepting PayPal? And please explain how these name transfers work, since its a 30 day wait does that mean ill have to pay for the name aswell as membership so that the account can go to waste just for a name?
