This will teaches you how to make a costume made computer for your needs. If your heavy Photoshop user your gonna need computer that wont lag. If your a Gamer and want best High end computer your need a descent graphic card as well as CPU

Budget

Money plays well part of your build. Building a computer is more cheaper then buy a computer from shops. A really good Gaming computer will cost around $900-$1200. If you just wanna surf internet a computer for that need will only cost $200-$300.

Where do I get the parts?

Newegg endures most cheapest place to buy your needed hardware. When you're buying product check the brand name. Do not buy some cheap Chinese hardware.

What is your build gonna be for?

ask your self this question. What are you gonna use this build for. Hardcore Gaming or Botting?

Honestly, I feel like you don't know what you're doing.

This is the most generalized statement I have ever heard.
Also, 2-4g of ram is recommended for a computer at ALL. A gaming computer SHOULD have 8+ gigabytes.
