This was a pretty good E-Book, I bought it a long time ago and was pleased with it.

I already knew 995 of the things in it though.

Yes, I sold this on HF.

A lot of it has to do with real life manipulation, which people don't get into, but I feel is far more useful.
 
It is more useful, learning how to detect lies, keep yourself from giving in.

Learning how to control when you get nervous, and heighten and lower your anxiety.

One of the biggest tools you can have in life is knowing what you do when you get nervous, whether it be biting your nails, tounge, popping your gum.
People see those things and you can't lie if there is always a truth to what you do.
