Very sorry to post this, But i really disagree when you said "③ Microsoft Approved ✓". I would highly doubt the after market sale of MSP or LIVE is allowed, It reads on sites to buy MSP or LIVE they will sell it cheaper in Bulk. I would assume there is no re-sell rights.
