    "IT IS NEVER TO LATE TO BECOME A MODERATOR IN RUNESCAPE." It sorta is...... if you have been reported b4 and have blackmarks..... then why would jagex trust you? hmmmm and I say the main way to become mod is Accurate Reports, and report like 1-5 times a day or 2 :O
