    Sony won a court case yesterday to have the ps3 mod chip made by http://www.ozmodchips.com/ to be banned as it used a sony code. However you can still do it manually by using psgroove http://www.ps3hax.net/2010/08/psgroove-open-source-psjailbreak-code-released/ hoper this helps :)
