If you have issues with the port interfering with Skype, close Skype then open XAMPP (I'm not sure if this works with WAMP, it should though) and launch Apache and MySQL then reopen Skype and it should work fine without interference.

Umm. How are these premium domains? These domains are pretty crappy in my opinion. "1337community.com", I would never even go to a site with a domain like that. You are really overpricing these, none of these are even worth half their value really.
