What do you mean by "those types or URLs?" If someone owns youtube.com/user/ then they own the channel asociated with that URL, not a redirect link. If someone only owns youtube.com/ then this would be considered a redirect URL.

Since this is correct that means user/Prank was reclaimed. It's not a redirect URL. I didn;t know join dates reset when channels are reclaimed.

With redirects the URL shouldn't include youtube.com/user/ but rather youtube.com/ . example: Redirect URL and Channel URL . The results for /pranksters and user/pranksters is different. If you own the URL: user/ you own the channel as well, correct?
