I have an Intel Core i7 2600k @3.4 Ghz, I can run like 5x RuneDream Clients without any lag. And you should try scripts of more advanced script writers ;)

Sadly enough yesterday RuneDream's forum got hacked and they deleted the database. I've heard from the admins that they are working on it and the (new) forum should be up within a (couple of) day(s). But when it's back up RuneDream v1.03 is going to be released so that's the good news.
