The 0.73 seconds/name was for all 4 services. The IG bug is probably due to IP rate limiting, and I may handle that by using external sources to check availability, and I don't know what's causing the Twitter bug. I'm gonna have both of these bugs fixed hopefully this week (or by Christmas). It...
