Exercise helped me through depression. Overall, spending my time on the computer helps me to keep my mind off some sad shit, drinking and partying does that too, exercising does that aswell. People can do whatever they want, I just don't find drinking and partying fun or helpful.

I would rather sit on a computer all day and learn about the internet than to put poison in my body. Although I do understand we all have our little hobbies and activities that help us numb the pain or to allow us to keep our thoughts off some stuff, but I think partying isn't the solution.
