I can vouch for this report. He normally start's off by gaining rep (rep whore...) by giving away useless items such as accounts and things then he'll gain the trust of others so they will vouch for him.

I was also scammed by this kid for the PSN named "Infamble" - Never deal with this guy, he also makes various accounts so I suggest not dealing with any non-upgraded or new accounts.
