School food in general is crap anyways, some schools will not be able to afford the "organic" route so they will buy lower quality food as usual in which the unhealthier alternative might seem healthier. (The alternative would be going back to the junk food).

A Back roller and hot baths with epsom salt will temporarily relieve the pain and it is very affordable. Feels great!
