I believe marijuana can help people of all age. Whether it be for insomnia, appetite disorder, headaches, or pain it is a plant grown on this earth naturally and it helps cure/ help people proceed onward with their problems.

If I had to choose I would say papers. Just do to the fact of if you are ever smoking with (amateurs) if smoking a blunt sometimes they forget to remove the tobacco leaf from the blunt wrap and that can be harmful to actually inhale.
