Thanks. Even more: there are many people on that forum that I wish would just leave. I can't voice that in public though. Any staff member bashing members drives away anyone wanting to join the site, and even people already on the site.

Unprofessionalism is never the answer to anything. I moderate a 855,000+ post forum. If I said anything unprofessional, revealed a warning level, or any such thing I get a severe warning or evem booted off staff

And this is why the community has gone downhill because staff doesn't seem to care about being polite to members.

When the system was first implemented, the xp was not automatically calculated. They apparently didn't visit this page when it was first installed.

RE: Errors It's a bug with MyBB and Firefox 16. It will be fixed in the next update of MyBB. For now use Chrome.

Hashing is a one way process. You can hash something but not unhash it. You'd need to get a powerful computer to bruteforce it, which will be even harder seeing as there's a salt.

The next version of MyBB will fix this.
