I saw this same design on a HF thread, nice leeching. As for the design itself, it's poor. It looks dragged out of 2001, the colours don't flow correctly and you shouldn't use textures for everything. Try fixing the colours, widths and not have everything centered and repost it.

Who uses a *nix OS, and which do you prefer? I used to use Ubuntu (9.something I think), and it was faster than any windows os but it doesn't have nearly enough programs than Windows has.

I don't think any free hosts allow phishers, look for a forum like HF which has members selling hosting. They usually don't care what you put on their hosting.

If you need to ask about it, it's not recommendatory. Instead it's a good idea to use a free host or pay for one - that way you don't need to worry about your ISPs limits, or your security issues.

Freewebs doesn't allow CSS though, or didn't when I tried them out a few years ago, so that kinda sucks.

Fishing is fun, I haven't been in awhile though. I might renew my license next year, there are dumb laws here where you need a license to fish and it takes 6 months to get the license.
