  4. Req. user group to give Rep

    Allowing ANYBODY to give rep, will cause a lot of trouble in the future. Something you can do is, Registered (normal) users: Allow them to only give Neutral rep Exuberant users: +3, -3, 0 and etc, As of now i can see people getting scammed, or just hating a member, and creating new accounts...
