I'm pretty sure everyone who got banned posted their tag in the thread so MS knows they are from FK. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I've seen.

Where in the Terms/Conditions does it say 'Don't add a stolen tag' though? It seems totally unfair and random. Pretty sure nobody knew you could get banned just for adding a gamertag. Seems a tad ridiculous.
