Use any stab mode, which means you can train att, str or def at Frosts with rapier. If you don't have a rapier use Chaotic long, z spear ( if you have super antifires ) or brackish blade. But as I said cannon makes 70 % of the killing, so the weapon doesn't makes to much of a difference, still...

Not that good, 91 attack, 93 str, 90 def BUT I have extreme pots which help A LOT. And NO, I don't use piety or turmoil, cause it's simply a waste, your cannon does like 70 % of the killing, and I still hit pretty high with rapier.

After 6 hours playing, rs automatically logs you out, but the bot logs back in, but got stucked at bank, cause I didn't set a bank pin ( at the bot ). So I had to restart the bot and set a bank pin.

20m, 10 hrs. It would be a 16hr proggy but I forgot to set the bank pin so it stopped after 6 hours, but o well.

My account is nearly 2100 total now, and its 100 % fully botted, mostly 24/7.. RS gives a shit about bans, they just ban when this bot busters catch you.

So not worth it. You will be like only killing normal monsters, meaning normal bones, rarely big bones. Lets say you kill 10k monsters, thats just 45k exp. Thats nothing, you can get 45k pray exp with just 70 frost bones.

New proggy: 20m, 10hrs, would actually be 16 hrs but I forgot to set a bank pin, so it stopped after 6hrs and I had to restart it. So after hitting 85 dung, I decided to bot frost drags, watch urself. The proggy isn't that exact, it missed some bones and I messed up in the beginning...
