Currently there is only an glitch that people get unfreezed from barrage in like 1 second, other than that I don't think there is any working glitch.

uhm, you could do penguins, or ToG ( if summoning is your lowest skill ), or open effigies and use the dragonking lamp on Summoning, other then that I don't think there is a way to train ur summoning.

Depends what your combat level is. Fastest way to get charms is barrage rock lobs. If you can't afford that just go to waterfiends.
