In the RSPS section Carbon has implemented a new rule that you will need 50+ posts to create a thread. This rule was implemented due to the ease of being able to encrypt/ rat a RSPS server. Leave comments/ feedback about the rule in this thread.

In reality, I think a post count of 50+ should be put in place. From then on you have to use your better judgement if you think it's safe or not or myself or Carbon could run it through sandbox and verify the safety of the server.
