Ok so I recently wiped my Computer and silly me didnt make a back up So I had to download the program photoshop cs6 again all is ok until  1. When I click Open with photoshop doesnt come up at all so I cant add any photos to photoshop  2. On the Desktop Photoshop has a Blue and yellow...
