This happened to me once or twice. Are you trying to log into the same world? If so, try logging onto different worlds. If that doesn't work, guess you'll just have to do the waiting game.

It's really not recommended to do Jad with mage, and with melee only at higher levels. Ranged is the easiest way at your level, but it'll have to be at least 70 to have a decent go :s

I've played since 2004 and have seen him twice. The first was in 2006 at West Varrock or so and the second quite recently, can't remember where though. What's the purpose of it?

Have you got all the requirements to do Managing Miscellenia? You get 500k-1m a week and over 1m if you're lucky. If you also get the requirements for getting bstaves from Zaff (Varrock tasks) it really does help. Herb runs, chocolate from lumby chest, other dailies add up :)
