Add [SPAM] so when someone's making spam the mods can mark it as [SPAM] and when the admins get online they can delete it (or mods can have the permissions to delete)

Could you do this using FileIce? And the problem is that this won't work with static IP addresses because you cannot change the IP :( (my IP is a static one) But as always, you can use a proxy and keep changing it I guess.
