I think it's this way. You pay him $0.15 for 10 clicks. Users come on his site and click the links, after 10 clicks the site is not going to be hosted. He doesn't get any money for that, only clicks.

vBulletin, it's easy to use, most people use it so there is a lot of tutorials on how to use it, only downside is that it is expensive and the config.php part is a bit confusing. IP.Board is also good, but it's kinda confusing on how to do it, but the designs for it look nice. For free boards...

No, that isn't the problem, the problem is that it doesn't last long.. I had a laptop that was like 10 years old and it worked on battery for 2 hours (it was running windows 98 lol)
