Well, nobody has given me an offer I am interested in. If I still don't have one by tonight, I will be keeping this and ending this thread.

Thanks man. Yea, I wont be taking Paypal as my Paypal is limited. I might be able to have my friend accept Paypal payments for me, depending on who the user is. All offers on this tag should be in Moneypak or LR. Or possibly in other payment methods we can discuss.

It is possible to jack gamertags, though these days, it's usually more effort than the tag is worth, and highly active owners will get their tag back anyway.
