Selling a "real" one makes no difference. In fact, cracked is just a term used to say that one bruteforced, or hacked an account's name a password from someone. You selling him a "real" account will be no different then him buying a cracked one from you.

There will always be a IP address. As long as your connected to, in some way, a network, you will have a Internet Protocol. The best you CAN do is disguise your ip.
