I was falsely banned from powerbot, two days later banned from sythe, even though they had no actual proof of what I did, I was permanently IP banned. They couldn't even provide proof of what I was supposedly banned for, I'm for sure not saying they DO count, I am however stating my opinion...

They should, even if they don't count for vouches on this site, they still count as a measure of trust. Regardless.
