For easy range levels, do the quest Biohazard. It is pretty simple,and it + requirements won't take that long. It gives you the Combat Arena fenced in orges. This gives you a safe spot to bot on, and if want free use a sling. I used this method until 85, then started botting soul wars.

Hamachi is not recommended, to be honest no good servers i know use it. I never used it either, much easier ways.
