    That part was hidden behind fan #1. My drawings are always accurate and full of facts. Check the case temperature with Speedfan without the extra external fan. Then check the temp with the extra fans turned on.

    I think he means this: Fan #1 (the extra fan) is placed over the grid of the PC case. Fan #2 is inside the case, but will never be as superior and free as #1. Fan #2 occasionally gets jealous and finds it tedious to try and impress OEM, so he simply just refuses to cool the air inside...
