I'd assume the fix for this is to wrap the the first paramater passed into number_format on line 356 in a floatval() function.
Pseudocode:
number_format(floatval($the_number_that_wants_to_be_a_string));
This would force PHP to process the apparantly passed...

That part was hidden behind fan #1. My drawings are always accurate and full of facts.
Check the case temperature with Speedfan without the extra external fan. Then check the temp with the extra fans turned on.
I think he means this:
Fan #1 (the extra fan) is placed over the grid of the PC case. Fan #2 is inside the case, but will never be as superior and free as #1.
Fan #2 occasionally gets jealous and finds it tedious to try and impress OEM, so he simply just refuses to cool the air inside...
