The link you have provides does work. But I remember this software, downloaded from some torrent, this software would submit a site to more than 500 search engines and forums etc. It'd do it with one single click. I unfortunately lost that software as I formatted my PC.

A search has to be fast, and giving to the point results. Google is known for that purpose. But Bing is coming up real fast, compared to the Google. But since Google gives results in a better way, I will vote Google as far as the best search engines are concerned.
