Even small amounts of soda aren't good for you. Everything in it is pretty much unhealthy. Force yourself to switch to tea or something. It's hard at first, but then you won't crave it anymore! :)

What's the point of having a sleepover if you're sleeping in different rooms...? I don't get it. Yeah, I don't know. That's your parents logic on that first part, not mine, haha. They should know that you'll have sex at any time of day when left alone, not just at night.
