The best way is social media. Or start to socialize with people and then get them on skype, once you have about ten people make a group and be like "So here's my plan..." some will be like "Ya no.." others will be interested and want to help. The best way is to befriend everyone you meet...

I don't think it is, I've seen many promising additions and the Black Ops games have always been my favorite COD.
