the best decision i made is to leave my previous company. the work environment sucks. my manager always shouts at his subordinates and the management cares so much on the revenue, to the point that they want their employees to go to work even when they are sick.

It depends on the occasion. I feel comfortable wearing flip flops and flat shoes on a usual day; however, wearing formal closed shoes makes you more elegant and sophisticated. :D ---i asked a friend to answer this question :p
