I got banned 3 times for botting. I wish I could remember their username's and password's of those 3 accounts that got banned so I could check their message centre to see if they are asking for money to get them unbanned. Because I would make quite a good profit.

Seriously just buy a bot from rsbots.net. Free bots will get you banned easily and are vulnerable. This was proven with PowerBot.

Check your message centre, you might have a message from Jagex offering you to have your account back in exchange for a certain amount of money. My friend was charged $30 to get back his botted account.
