I did it, even jammed a pencil in it and got it stuck inside, called and said was in a cabnet and a small space, where you plug stuff in the back was deformed couldn't plug it in. They sent be a box, I put my xbox in it, sent it back. 2 days later, got a new one.

Wrap it in towels, heat, blowdry and melt it until it's unusable, call xbox.com explain, send it in, get a new one.

I would not buy this, I bought the exact one a few years back as a family computer, after a few months, shuts off because it over heats, look up reviews man, the air vents are on the top and air can't circulate so it shut's itself off and you have to wait like 20 mins to turn it back on and it...
