A booter floods someones router with random sized packets so it lags the player or causes their internet to crash. You can boot a person offline by getting their IP address. You put in their IP, the time, the port, and UDP or TCP and then they're gone. If you want a more indepth tut PM me.

I agree completely, I don't like when people say they wish he had died. Honestly that's really cruel and completely unnecessary. But his voice is terrible and I do not agree with the way he lives his life.
