I believe so. The cannon will attack all the kalphite warriors in range and bring them surrounding you, so it basically does the work of rounding them up for chinning for you, as well as helps kill them.

In addition to what I already suggested, the avatar might look better if it was closer to the top left of the postbit bar. I suppose that would fix itself if the bar itself was shorter though.

I'm glad I could help. I was surprised to find that no runescape range training guides mentioned this location. It's the best I've found yet. Alternatively, if you want to use chinchompas, you can go to the kalphite warriors (they are workers in the video) and set up a cannon while chinning.

Never measured. I do know based on my rough measurements that it's considerably faster than cannoning at rock crabs. I looked up rock crabs xp/hr with a cannon on Google and found it was about 150k xp/hr, so I at least know that this location is more than 150k xp/hr.
