The only reason they didnt ban the botters this time though was because they were giving us a second chance. However I think if we were to do it again it would be a ban for sure.

Agreed, but It wasnt a good thing for RS in various ways :(. I prefer not to have botting.

I want to start up a legit account. Give me some ideas on what the stats should be. Mention If it should be a pker, skiller etc. Note: THIS WILL BE LEGIT, not botted.

Yep, the fact that they could do this much damage without that much trouble just proves how much they can hurt bots.. I mean what if they do this update every week? I HOPE they continue to get rid of bots, RS is now better.

FYI Runescape decided not to ban players this time to give people another chance. If bots come back and jagex attacks again, I think there wont be another chance.

Just like the developers of bots can update well, so can jagex. I am sure jagex has been lazy to fix the issue of bots for the past while and just now decided to do shit about it. In which case It is infact unlucky that the bots updated again, because jagex will most likely keep striking.

I am sure they collected a good sum of money from the botters to keep them running and they might even need to cut some worlds lol! Not too many active ones.

They said the goal of this update wasn't to ban anyone but to disable bots.
