It is an RGH mod. You can mimic any gamertag you choose and it will act as their profile as well. I did this with my friend posing as Temper and it actually acts as their profile. pretty cool mod there. Btw chill, its ok. Your not insane.

Just for future reference, it isn't a country. Its a region that includes some countries like Serbia, Albania, and Macedonia (where I am from).
