Alright; question "also; how do we make the border line around an image like the banner has above?" Also; how do we create the transparency as shown that the forums has? Like. where the simplygfx banner is put; the transparency. that holds it.

I'm new to Photoshop.. really new. and i was wondering how people got the diagonal lines on their signatures (examples would be userbars) small diagonal lines that are like 2px in size.

Chances are, you HTML yourself. Its really easy to learn. Takes 3 days to learn the basics if you're a fast learner. Buying templates to explore is a total waste.

General Forums without a purpose tend to die out really quickly due to confusion of staff as well as confusion of spammers, trolls and all the sort.

Reflected/ mirror text on any sort of Forum-Software looks like trash unless your banner is directly in the middle. Seeing as ours is off to the side. It'l look like trash. :D

Actually.. The longer you take on a skin, the better it becomes. Songs =/= Forum Designing. Forum Designing/Programming takes a matter of weeks and does not happen easily and quickly.

Gonna have to deny the "fantastic" part. Looked at their themes, each skin can be made in a matter of 3 hours at the most. Create some buttons, enlarge the section dividers. thats it
