It used to be a mix of games, tv, forums and graphics. Nowadays I don't really have time to be bored.. I do graphics when I have spare time, rather than when I'm bored, I have a full time 9-5 type job, and I volunteer 4x a week (for example, I'm volunteering tomorrow from 1200 noon until 2200..)

Boredom, mostly. Sometimes I'll get some inspiration from them, which is why I appear more at graphics forums (I say appear, this is actually the only place I actively post at that isn't a 'social network' style place, like Deviant Art, Artician or Facebook.)

I was always a fan of vector and minimalistic. But I do love dark/horror/macabre.

I try. It does get annoying at times when you put several days into your work, then you realise you absolutely hate it and it ends up in the recycle bin.. :(

I've only just started the portfolio at Artician. I wanted a clean start, a fresh perspective. They take a while, but the portfolio is building! I have my eye on a few people/items that I'd like to recreate..

I know. I sort of upset myself by typing it. :( I'm getting old.. For the record; I'm only 25.

Basically I'm making a portfolio which consists of making vector versions of myself an others, in addition to objects that symbolise areas of my life. Sounds sad, I know, but still. I started it last week and so far have one image to show for it. A self - portrait. ..It's big though...

It's .. ..not a vector? Its nice though, but its clearly not a vector. Or is that just the name of the brushset?

I started because someone made me a signature banner and I decided I wanted to be able to make them myself. On and off I've been designing for around 12 years..

In a day? ..0.3? Back when I did banners/signatures for myself and others, I'd go through loads just answering peoples requests for them. Nowadays I do images that take more time. Took me a week to do the last image I did; and I'm currently in the middle of another image which I don't expect...

Yeah I tend to watch tv, read, or drink.

PNG isn't all that much bigger, I've had a few occasions where it's been smaller.. JPG is a poor man's PNG.

The pen tool and the Direct Selection tool (in conjunction with the pen tool)

I used to use it a lot, back when I started transparency mixed with animated gifs were a massive trend (I'm talking like .. 12 years ago.) Nowadays I tend to lean towards Vector art, so transparency doesn't come into it much any more.

Line art is just art that hasn't been coloured in yet.. Or people are too lazy to colour. I'm not really a fan, they look unfinished to me.
