They have no software that directly says this user is botting, that does not mean they don't have a suspection system of whom may be botting and for them to look into it. My main tips, which will keep you not banned are this. - Do not get reported too much. - Do not bot in bot infested...

Jagex has no real bot detection, they never really have, they just have invisible Jmods lurk bot infested areas.
