True, True. This is where No-Ip comes in. If your IP changes everytime, your server wont notice it. It'll only connect to your host on no-ip. It's kinda difficult to explain, so I've got a video for you that might help. This is with cybergate, but it's the same principe with darkcomet...

If portforwarding is no possibility for you, the is always ProXPN. Search on Hackforums for a tutorial. You basically use an other internet connection where all ports are already opened ;)
