1-99, hmm.. It would cost around 5 or 6m if I remember correctly, and 99 fishing f2p takes like 400k feathers. 400k/6= 2.46m, but.. Cooking takes half of half the time that it does to get 99 fishing in f2p. I got 99 cooking in 10 legit from 70. Its up to you though mate.

around 60 would be the average level, I don't know if your accepted or not. I hope you get accepted though mate, ;)

It depends, what is your cooking level? If its above 70 already, then you would lose around 2m. If lower than 70, you'd lose around 4m. That was when I did it a year ago. At level 70, you burn 1-2 lobs per trip, thats the best exp.
