Steam accounts don't sell anywhere near the price that the games are worth. I'd say 60-70$ would be a good price to be honest. You've got COD's, Counterstrike and Gmod, but many of the other games aren't crazy appealing to most people.

I really don't think you need a Scuf for Halo. Halo is more about having a good shot, strafe and being able to think fast. COD is more based on reaction and drop shotting and such. Play bumper jumper in Halo, you'll be fine.
