I can vouch for this service as it does provide with Steam Game Keys to the email you provide. Only thing wrong was that I bought a 5 pack of keys and my last key didn't work. Said it has already been redeemed on another account. Contacted support so hopefully they can help.

If you plan on getting a pair and wanna use them on 360 make sure you order a TalkBack cable. Cause when you get the Astros off amazon they come with a new gen2 mixamp and there is no TalkBack cable.
