I've noticed that as well. 3 Letters, sell for $5-10 more than say H71, but on paper H71 is rarer. Interesting the way the market works. Actually 3 characters, and 2 characters should always be worth more as in theory they are harder to get.

I'm pretty sure you need to post proof you own the tag your trading, and most people want to have an idea of what the account looks like. Saves them time if there not going to be interested. Don't mean to burst your bubble or anything.

In terms of Marijuana, it's due to taxation (to my knowledge). With so much illegal pot growing occurring now taxation would be impossible. In order for them to tax all marijuana they would have to shut down the illegal growers, or it wouldn't be taxed. If you could buy weed that was taxed, or...

60m RSGP is worth say $30 to most, and $30 isn't a lot for a tag. You'll perhaps get a 3 character or a semi. However, good luck to you anyway. If you're interested in a 3 character, I'll happily trade you one.
